The GO3 SL story in Sierra Leone started out of the frustration that IT services in the country are unnecessarily old, complicated, lack customer focus, and are not serving the needs of businesses. Complex infrastructures coupled with inadequate service levels had become the norm, with expectations constantly being driven down by the fact that IT was never seen as a business enabler.
When CEO Kolobai Kamara could not find an IT service provider that could simplify the delivery of technology in the country, he collaborated with his colleagues and created one.
